Tri County CTI is a family owned and operated
business located in Minooka, Illinois. We serve
Will, Grundy, Kendall, LaSalle and surrounding
counties. We specialize in decorative concrete
overlays. Our overlays bring that special look to
that concrete that truly makes it a custom piece of
artwork while still being functional. Concrete that
was once ugly and unsightly now has a WOW factor and
easily adds beauty and value to any property.
The
company incorporates a father and son installation
team. Kyle, the son, is a natural born artist who
honed his talent while attending the Illinois
Institute of Art in Chicago. Kyle provides the
artist eye to the project. Bruce, the father, lends
the stability and coordination to the job. We treat
every project as if it were being done on our
property.
